Welcome to MathPanda (“MathPanda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MathPanda’s AI math solver tools, website, services, and any related features available at https://mathpanda.net (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using MathPanda, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

- You confirm that the content does not include personal sensitive information;
- You grant MathPanda a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services.
MathPanda does not actively review all user content but reserves the right to remove any content that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Privacy and Data
Your use of MathPanda is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the terms of the Policy of Privacy and content disclaimer.
5. Accuracy and Educational Purpose
MathPanda provides AI-assisted solutions for math problems for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, MathPanda:
